(1) Vendor needs to provide special medical needs power supply program services to the government authority located in Wailuku, HA.– Many residents rely on life–sustaining, electrically powered medical equipment in their homes (e.g.home ventilators, oxygen concentrators, feeding pumps, and dialyzers, etc.).– Will be responsible for the end–to–end implementation, operational management, and technical delivery of the program.– Every applicant's medical necessity must be verified and substantiated. The administrator will review and confirm a written medical opinion or prescription issued by a physician licensed by the State, certifying that electrical power is essential to sustain the life of the resident.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 9, 2026.
