(1) Vendor needs to provide senior managing underwriters, co–managing underwriters, and selling group members service.– Structure and size bond issues;– Prepare cash flows and individual transaction cash flows for programs;– Prepare financing schedules and calendar of events;– Prepare pricing memos discussing marketing conditions (including comparables) and preliminary pricing scales, syndicate rules, syndicate price views and marketing compensation– Manage the underwriting process and provide advice on market timing and investor demand;– Conduct bond sale conference calls and coordinate information with the syndicate group;– Market and distribute bonds(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026.
