The County of DeKalb, GA (the "County"), is soliciting sealed Bids for Project Title . Bids are to be submitted via the County's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/dekalbcountyga PRIOR TO Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date . Late Bids will not be accepted. The DeKalb County Juvenile Court (DCJC) implements the Commitment Alternative Program (CAP), to provide essential services that will restore at-risk youth back into the community, while holding them accountable for their actions and providing evidence-based interventions proven to have lasting impact on their ability to be law abiding and productive members of the DeKalb County community. The Juvenile Justice Incentive Grant Program funding aims to develop programs that address the needs of youth who are typically committed to the Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ).
