(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering services for wastewater collection system capital improvement projects including collecting, interpreting and reporting information, analyses of conditions, comparison of possible design alternatives, impact upon the environment, operating costs, life–cycle costs, formulating conclusions, making recommendations and formulating a scope of design to the government authority located in Mount Pleasant, SC.– Preliminary Design of Wastewater Collection System’s General Management Projects including preparation of final design criteria, preliminary drawings, outline of specifications and preliminary opinions of probable construction cost– Final Design of Wastewater Collection System’s General Management Projects including preparation of design drawings, specifications, and opinions of probable construction cost;(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.
