(1) Vendor needs to provide photo finish system operation and maintenance service to the government authority located in Elmont, NY. – Provide daily operational service and maintenance of Photo Finish system(s) and equipment.– This system will be installed permanently at Belmont Park racetrack, which will ease and accelerate the adjudication process of determining the full order of finish of equine competitors participating and crossing the finish line.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 30, 2026.
