Description
The Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM), is soliciting proposals for repairs to four staircases located in the southeast, southwest, northeast, and northwest areas of the State House. The successful vendor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and related items necessary to complete the work. Due to the historical and sensitive nature of the scope and the special skills required. The successful bidder is required to be experienced with historical preservation work. There will be a non mandatory prebid on Wednesday, September 9, 2026 at 1:00 PM located at The Rhode Island State House on 82 Smith Street, Providence, RI 02903 Meet location will be the Smith Street Entrance For more information, a. when viewing from the public bid board, click on the “print/download solicitation” button in the upper right corner of this window, or b. vendors can login to their WebProcure account to view this solicitation in full.
