MRB-55649 - USA (Virginia) - Graduation Photography Services - Deadline August 12,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide graduation photography services.– On–site, fully set up, and prepared to begin at least one (1) hour prior to the start of the commencement ceremonies.– Prohibited from having electrical cords, light stands, tripods, or employees/contracted employees on the stage at any time.– Provide all equipment necessary to capture high–quality images, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and backup equipment.– Should assign enough experienced, professional photographers to provide complete coverage for all ceremonies, including multiple simultaneous events, as required.– Provide graduates with the option to obtain formal portraits before and after the ceremony.– Capture candid and group photographs of graduates, faculty, administrators, and distinguished guests, as requested by the University.– All photographs should be produced in full color and reflect high–quality professional images suitable for printing on high quality photographic paper.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 23, 2026.
