(1) Vendor needs to provide phone system hybrid replacement services.– Solution must support:• Up to five (5) office locations• A hybrid deployment model (cloud and/or on premises)• Must provide both greenfield and coexisting strategy with existing agency system• Contact center: 30 agents, scalable to 50 agents• Approx. ~350 calls/day• Peak outbound concurrency requirement: up to 300 concurrent calls• Solution may be multi–system or fully integrated• Must support hybrid environments (on–premises and cloud)• Must support geographically redundant SIP/VoIP connectivity (minimum two carrier uplink locations)• Must support five (5) office locations• Target availability: 99.999% uptime(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 22, 2026.
