(1) Vendor needs to provide tourism marketing and promotions grant services.– Support marketing and promotions efforts that coordinate and facilitate tourism programs and activities that support the agency marketing programs with target audiences, support community–cantered economic development, and cultivate sustainable visitor demand that respects and strengthens agency cultural integrity and environmental stewardship.– Travel trade program:– Coordinate and implement the agency showcase event to include travel trade education and familiarization support (workshops, training, trade show participation).– Support demand for existing and potential new air service through targeted marketing initiatives.– Meetings, conventions and incentives:– Support critical site inspections through destination presentations, cultural activities, transportation and venue showcasing that demonstrates agency unique value for group business.– Events will feature market trend analysis, sustainable practices showcase events, and relationship building.– International market development:– Visitor industry partners culturally respectful international outreach missions conducting research, meaningful sales engagement, and promotional activities.– Communications and community programming:– Conduct earned media program (public relations outreach, social media influencer engagement, media visit support) and create local and related content (photography, video, and written storytelling for marketing use).– Market outreach:– Provide strategic event support to one golf event that engage mindful travellers who invest in extended stays while seeking authentic cultural experiences and generate visitor demand.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
