(1) Vendor needs to provide scoreboard and sound system installation service to the government authority located in Carlsbad, CA.• provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the Scoreboard & Sound System Installation project• Watchfire Scoreboard Structure & Installation: The primary Watchfire Scoreboard/Video Screenequipment is being purchased directly by the District. – The Contractor’s scope of work under this bid includes total coordination with Watchfire to provide all structural components (foundations, columns, and frames), trenching, electrical/data routing, materials, and labor necessary to deliver a completely operational and integrated scoreboard system• The track resurfacing, field events/jumps rubber replacement, and synthetic field turf replacement shown in the plan set were executed under a separate contract.• Site Preparation & Erosion Control (Sheet C–7.0)– Stormwater Protection: Install and maintain temporary erosion and sediment control measures prior to commencing construction.– Control Elements: Place fiber rolls along slope transitions, install gravel bags around existing storm drain inlets, and erect a temporary construction safety fence around the perimeter of work limits.– Access Management: Establish a stabilized construction entrance/exit to prevent tracking onto Monroe Street and Basswood Avenue.– Temp Construction Fence: Assume 6’ temp fence with geotextile fabric around scope of work to maintain separation from school.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026(4) Mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 15, 2026
