(1) Vendor needs to provide school photography services. – Provide full–service school photography, including all necessary equipment, qualified staffing, backdrops, lighting, photography equipment, ordering systems, and on–site coordination.– Photography sessions shall be conducted in a professional and efficient manner that minimizes disruption to the instructional day.– Develop schedules appropriate for campus enrollment and grade configuration.– Provide sufficient photographers and support personnel to efficiently complete each scheduled session.– Student Information System Image Integration:• Deliver digital student image files properly formatted and named.• Provide image files within the timeframe established by the district following each applicable portrait session.• Use secure district–approved methods for transmitting student photographs and associated student information.– Yearbook Image Support:• Provide high–resolution student portrait images suitable for yearbook production.• Provide individual portrait and authorized group photographs in a consistent and professional format.– Ordering Platform:• Provide an accessible and user–friendly ordering process for students and families.• Multiple portrait package options at varying price points.– Order Fulfillment and Customer Service:• Processing family orders.• Collecting payments.• Fulfilling and delivering purchased products.– Image Delivery and Archiving:• Required digital image files within a mutually agreed–upon timeframe following each photography session.• Maintain student images in a secure environment consistent with applicable privacy requirements.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.
