Request for Qualifications (RFQ): Economic Development Targeted Industries Federal Lobbying Services

The Charles County Board of County Commissioners is seeking qualifications from experienced federal lobbying firms to provide strategic representation and advocacy services that support the County’s Economic Development Department (EDD) federal engagement priorities. This work will focus on advancing economic development opportunities related to the Western Charles County Technology Corridor, Naval Support Facility Indian Head (NSF IH), and the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD). The selected firm will also provide strategic support to the Charles County Military Alliance Council (MAC), a key regional partner that promotes the strength, sustainability, and growth of the County’s military and defense community.
