(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural design and engineering services to the government authority located in Moreno Valley, CA.– Professional design and engineering services to deliver a complete, permit–ready design for a new approximately 20,000 square foot office building/warehouse at the Corporate Yard, consisting of a combined office and warehouse/garage structure.– Facility will integrate administrative office space and operational storage and vehicle support functions within a single building footprint. – Consultant shall provide comprehensive, fully coordinated design services across all disciplines, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, lighting, low voltage communications, fire protection, civil, landscaping, stormwater/WQMP/hydrology studies as needed, geotechnical engineering/soils report as needed, and surveying/utility locating as needed, permit submission and review, and construction administration support(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 30, 2026.
