DRA-11548 - USA (Tumon, Guam) - Tourism Residents Attitudes Survey Services - Deadline September 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide tourism residents attitudes survey services to the government authority located in Tumon, GU.– Provide a comprehensive research program for the Survey of TourismAttitudes of residents, including research design, survey administration, statistical analysis, reporting, and strategic recommendations.– Develop and implement a comprehensive research methodology that utilizes current best practices in resident sentiment research while maintaining comparability with previous studies where appropriate.– Contractor shall recommend the most appropriate survey methodology, sampling design, weighting procedures, confidence intervals, and quality assurance measures necessary to achieve statistically reliable and representative results.– Develop, refine, and administer a comprehensive survey instrument that measures resident perceptions regarding tourism, quality of life, economic participation, destination stewardship, cultural preservation, environmental sustainability, visitor behaviour, and awareness.– Conduct data collection using a statistically representative sample of agency residents utilizing a mixed–mode approach, where appropriate.– Analyze resident perceptions regarding the economic, social, cultural, environmental, and community impacts of tourism.– Develop presentation–ready graphics and an interactive reporting dashboard orequivalent data visualization platform that enables to monitor resident sentiment and participation metrics over time.– Provide evidence–based recommendations to support destination management initiatives, community engagement efforts, workforce development programs, cultural preservation initiatives, destination stewardship strategies, and policies that increase resident participation and support for tourism.– Prepare and submit quarterly reports of findings summarizing resident sentiment, key performance indicators, emerging issues, and strategic recommendations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
