Description
(1) Vendor needs to provide single family master servicer and sub–servicer service to the government authority located in Seattle, WA. – Serve as both a master loan servicer and sub–servicer with a successful secondary market and efficient conduit operation enabling continued growth of the agency’s programs and increasing access to homeownership for low– to moderate–income families. – Perform monthly Post–closing Quality Control (QC) audits on loans originated under the agency’s loan programs.– Select and review a random and discretionary sample of closed loans each month, as originated under the agency programs. • Conduct the following for each sampled loan:– Re–verification of key loan file documents (income, employment, assets, occupancy).– Review for underwriting accuracy and documentation sufficiency.– Validation of data integrity across findings, credit, appraisal, and compliance documentation.– Detection of potential fraud or misrepresentation.– Compliance with applicable federal and state regulatory requirements.• Document all findings, risk ratings, and in a monthly QC exception report.• Maintain documentation for all reviewed loans and findings.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 30, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for two years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 28 2026.
