Vendor needs to provide janitorial and grounds maintenance service to the government authority located in Ashland, OR. • Dusting means removing the dust from all vertical and horizontal surfaces.• Damp Mop Non–Carpeted Floors means clean warm water and a mild detergent solution shall be used to remove stains and soil not removed by dry cleaning methods.• Clean Window Blinds means both sides of the blinds shall be cleaned and completely dried after cleaning.• Clean and Disinfect Tables, Counter Tops, Chairs, Etc. means clean and disinfect the following areas; tables, counter tops and cabinet surfaces, as well as all non–upholstered chair surfaces located in lobbies, kitchens, cafeterias, break rooms, lounges, interview booths, training, meeting and conference rooms.
