(1) Vendor needs to provide secure document and data destruction services to the government authority located in Delaware.– provide secure containers which will be used for the deposit of materials to be transported to the approved location for destruction– shall be able to witness the destruction process, or conduct audits, when required. Vendor shall fully cooperate with State, Federal, or IRS audits, including providing access to facilities, staff, vehicles, destruction equipment, and relevant records upon request.– Necessary records must be kept tracking the chain of custody and certify the final disposition of the state data and media provided.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.
