QUALITY-3041 - USA (Sharon, Massachusetts) - Drug and Alcohol Testing Services - Deadline October 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide drug and alcohol testing services to the government authority located in Sharon, MA.– Drug and alcohol testing will occur under the following circumstances: pre–employment, random, post–accident, reasonable suspicion, return to duty, and follow–up.– Drug testing shall consist of urinalysis tests conducted by a certified laboratory and reviewed by a medical review officer.– Alcohol testing shall be performed by an evidential breath testing device.– Perform random selection of employees for testing in accordance with the testing percentages set by the highway administrator.– Substance abuse professional must be provided to: evaluate employees referred to him or her; determine when an employee has completed a treatment program and is eligible to return to duty; and design the number and frequency of follow–up tests during the post rehabilitation period.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 15, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
