Vendor needs to provide broker and realtor services to provide professional realtor services for the marketing and sale of municipal tax foreclosure properties who are state certified and licensed, for a range of real estate services related to residential, commercial, industrial and vacant properties to the government authority located in Quincy, MA.• Assist the city in establishing fair market values for foreclosure and surplus municipal properties.• Develop and execute marketing strategies to sell the properties.• List properties on multiple listing services and other relevant platforms.• Host and manage open houses, site visits, and property tours as necessary.• Provide regular updates to the city regarding marketing efforts, buyer interest, and other pertinent information.• Negotiate offers on behalf of the city within parameters established by the city and provide advice regarding potential buyers; provided, however, that the realtor shall have no authority to bind the city to any obligation. All offers and proposed transactions shall remain subject to the review and approval by the city.• Coordinate with the city’s legal and other applicable staff to ensure all transactions comply with applicable laws and municipal procedures, including cooperating with the city in collecting mandatory purchaser disclosures and statutory certifications required prior to the scheduled closing.
