The district seeks racks, Antennas, Connectors, and Related Components, approximately 31,000 feet of fiber cabling, installation and Basic Maintenance for all of the above, across 4 school sites from qualified cabling contractor. Ssee attached Instruction to vendors for vendor specific requirements and other specific details. This project requires a mandatory job walk on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, 8:00 AM, West Fresno Elementary School, 2910 S. Ivy Ave., Fresno, CA 93706. Followed by 3 additional sites. The complete RFP will be provided at the mandatory job walk. Vendor must be present at the full job walk (4 sites) to submit a final proposal. Bid response due electronically by 4:00 PM PST on December 2, 2026. Please send bid to erate@wusd.ws AND erate@adtechgroup.com. SPAM and/or robotic responses will not be considered valid bid responses and will be disqualified from consideration.
