Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account (SB-1) Asphalt Concrete Overlays The work to be done consists, in general, of cold planing existing asphalt concrete pavement, furnishing and placing hot mix asphalt (HMA) type A asphalt concrete overlays, traffic striping, and shoulder backing on approximately 3.1 miles of roadway on various existing roads in the Malaga area of Fresno County. An additional 0.27 miles (0.54 lane miles) of a road is included as an additive bid.
