(1) Vendor needs to provide GIS mapping and asset inventory service to the government authority located in Charlotte, MI. • Provide professional surveying and geographic information system (GIS) services for the creation of a comprehensive GIS–based inventory and map of the city’s storm sewer system.• Develop an accurate and comprehensive GIS–based inventory of the City’s storm sewer system that integrates with the city’s existing Esri ArcGIS environment and provides reliable asset information for ongoing maintenance, infrastructure planning, and asset management• Scan available hard–copy storm sewer record and as–built drawings and convert them to PDF format, as necessary.• Develop a GIS–based storm sewer map compatible with the City’s existing Esri ArcGIS environment.• Attach applicable PDF record and as–built drawings to the associated storm sewer assets within the GIS system• Create GIS feature layers for storm sewer structures and assets, including manholes, catch basins, yard basins, pipes, culverts, pipe inlets, discharge outlets, and other identified storm sewer assets.• Configure the GIS so individual storm sewer assets are selectable and associated asset information can be viewed through the GIS interface.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Oct 14, 2026.
