(1) Vendor needs to provide crossing guard services to the government authority located in Essex, NJ. – Provide school crossing guards for all posts established by the township.– Provide for employees a 24–hour answering service.– Crossing guards are only to be provided when township schools are officially in session or when directed by the chief of police or their designee.– Twenty–one school crossing guards will be required for each school day of the school year.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
