(1) Vendor needs to provide wastewater treatment facility expansion design services to the government authority located in Boulder, CO. – Provide planning, permitting, design, bidding and potential construction–phase engineering services for expansion and improvement of the agency’s wastewater treatment facility. – Develop and implement a reliable, phased, and cost–effective project that maintains continuous treatment during construction and positions the wastewater treatment facility to serve projected growth and comply with current and anticipated discharge requirements.• Project management and coordination• Data collection, survey, and existing conditions• Wastewater characterization and design criteria• Alternatives evaluation and preliminary engineering• Regulatory and funding coordination • Final design• Bidding or contractor procurement assistance• Construction–phase services (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 15, 2026.
