LEGAL-17493 - USA (Edmonds, Washington) - State Lobbying Services - Deadline August 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide state lobbying services to the government authority located in Edmonds, WA.– Retain the services of a state lobbyist consultant with significant demonstrable experience in lobbying and advocacy at the state level.– lobbying consultant/firm must have existing relationships with state elected officials, government agencies and staff, executive staff, and industry lobbyists.– Provide a broad range of government relations and lobbying services on behalf of the City before the legislative and executive branches of State government.– Advise and assist in planning, formulating and implementing the City’s state legislative agenda and any associated priorities or policy documents.– Facilitate an annual planning meeting with City staff to discuss the current year's legislative agenda, assess progress toward established goals, and identify new state legislative priorities for the upcoming year.– Assist in the ongoing development and execution of political strategies to successfully accomplish the City’s state legislative priorities.– Assist in direct lobbying of the legislature, the executive branch, and state agencies.(2) The contract period will be for two years.
