Bids will be received in the office of the Barrow County Board of Commissioners, Abril Olivas, County Clerk�s Office, at 30 North Broad Street, Winder, Georgia 30680, until 2:00 P.M., Thursday, October 1, 2026. Any bid received after said time and date, will not be considered by Owner. Bids will be opened and read aloud in the Commission Meeting Room on the Second Floor of the Historic Courthouse at the above address at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 1, 2026.
