(1) Vendor needs to provide sports uniforms supply to the government authority located in Oregon City, OR.– Participant and coach uniforms, t–shirts, staff uniforms, lanyards, and totes for North Clackamas Parks and Recreation District sports programs.– The Contractor shall:1. Source, procure, print, and deliver participant and coach uniform tops for the following sports programs, including but not limited to:– Sideout Volleyball– Inclusion – Rising Stars Soccer– Shooting Stars Basketball and Flag Football– Pre–K Sports (Winter and Spring)– Hoopers Basketball– Any new sports programs established during the term of the contract2. Source, produce, print, and deliver additional program–related items, including but not limited to:– Tote bags– Lanyards– Promotional and recognition items as requested3. Provide ongoing uniform ordering services for North Clackamas Parks and Recreation staff, including:– Staff shirts– Outerwear– Specialty apparel– Other branded apparel items as requested(2) The contract period will be for one year.
