ESTATE-12103 - USA (Street Eagle Pass, Texas) - Property Maintenance, Nuisance Abatement and Vegetation Services - Deadline September 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide property maintenance, nuisance abatement and vegetation services to the government authority located in Street Eagle Pass, TX.• The City periodically requires maintenance, cleanup, vegetation management, and related services for properties and areas that are abandoned, neglected, vacant, City–owned, City–controlled, City–maintained, or otherwise under the care or responsibility of the City.• Maintaining properties and areas in a clean, safe, and presentable condition;• Mowing and controlling excessive grass, weeds, brush, and other vegetation;• Removing litter, loose debris, vegetative waste, and other authorized materials;• Clearing fence lines, drainage easements, access areas, and similar locations;• Addressing stagnant water, overgrowth, and other property–maintenance conditions when requested;• Providing specialized cleanup, tree, brush, and vegetation services when authorized; and• Responding to routine, priority, or other property–maintenance needs identified by the City.• Cleanup of Clippings: Clippings, grass, and vegetative debris must be swept, blown, or removed from all sidewalks, driveways, streets, curbs, and drainage gutters immediately following mowing. Clippings shall not be blown into the street or drainage systems.• Finished Appearance: The completed work must present a neat, professional, and uniform appearance. The Contractor shall avoid scalping, rutting, skipping, or leaving heavy windrows of cut grass.• Mowing grass and weeds.• Weed eating, edging, and string trimming.• Cutting and removing excessive or overgrown vegetation.• Brush and overgrowth removal.• Routine vegetation maintenance.• Fence–line clearing.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
