FIRE-1872 - USA (Odessa, Texas) - Fire Suppression Systems Inspection and Maintenance Services - Deadline September 18,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide fire suppression systems inspection and maintenance services to the government authority located in Odessa, TX. – Provide semi–annual inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair services for automatic fire suppression systems. • Inspect, test, and maintain wet chemical fire suppression systems, clean agent systems, paint booth suppression systems, and other fire suppression equipment identified in the solicitation.• Conduct functional testing of system components, including detection devices, nozzles, piping, control equipment, manual pull stations, alarms, and associated accessories• Provide inspection reports identifying system condition, deficiencies, code compliance issues, and recommended corrective actions.• Perform routine maintenance necessary to maintain systems in proper operating condition.• Provide replacement parts, system recharge, hydrostatic testing, nozzle caps, heat detectors, and other components when authorized by the agency.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 9, 2026.
