(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management services for complex to the government authority located in Calhoun, GA. – Construction management firms may, at the construction manager’s discretion, provide bonding for trade (sub) contractors.– Flooring resurfacing of all common areas and cafeteria/kitchen floor resurfacing, including a portion of the classrooms.– The construction management firm will assist the owner and architect.– Lighting upgrades.– Replacement of the intercom system.(2) A mandatory pre–proposal conference will be held on September 29, 2026.
