NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR BIDS Main Tanks Transmission Main Phase 2B 2026-IFB-004 The City of Kingman is soliciting sealed bids (Invitation for Bids or "IFB") from qualified vendors capable of providing construction services for the Main Tanks Transmission Main Phase 2B. Criteria for selection will be overall cost (to include taxes) and the ability to meet the allotted 180 days for Construction. The IFB may be obtained by visiting the City of Kingman’s procurement portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofkingman . Bids must be submitted through the OpenGov procurement portal. Bidders wishing to submit questions must do so through the procurement portal by no later than Question Submission Time , Arizona time, on Question Submission Date . Bids are due by Proposal Submission Time , Arizona time, on Proposal Submission Date . The City may reject any bid not in compliance with all of the prescribed solicitation procedures and requirements contained herein. The City also reserves the right to reject any bid when cancellation is in the best interest of the City.
