(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency hotel room services for disaster and inclement weather to the government authority located in Coconut Creek, FL.– Provide short–term, non–congregate emergency shelter accommodations following disasters, extreme weather events, and other emergency situations requiring before, during and after storm housing for essential city staff members.– Hotel providers to ensure the availability of safe and accessible temporary lodging during emergency response and recovery operations.– Operational, quality, health, and safety requirements(2) The contract period will be for three years.   (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August  5, 2026.
