(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate broker services to the government authority located in Durango, CO.– Provide commercial real estate brokerage services, realtor services, or other real esate professional services, including the marketing, negotiation, and sale of a County–owned property.– Conducting a market analysis and recommending an appropriate listing price. – The County has an existing commercial appraisal from an independent appraiser that could be updated. – Develop and execute a marketing plan to promote the property locally, regionally, and, if deemed appropriate, nationally to attract buyers capable of putting the to new use for the community. – Managing inquiries, coordinating open houses and other property showings, and otherwise negotiating with interested parties to assess their level of interest and ability to make a qualifying offer. – Provide regular updates to the County’s representative(s), including progress reports and market feedback. – Advising on market trends, market changes, offers, and opportunities with professional recommendations designed to maximize the County’s success in obtaining an appropriate buyer. – Coordination and support to County’s staff leading up to closing. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026.
