(1) Vendor needs to provide writing system sustainment, support and enhancement services.– The Army Contract Writing System (ACWS) is the Army's single, enterprise–wide acquisition solution serving over 9,000 global Army Contracting Enterprise users across unclassified, classified, and disconnected–state missions.– Solution Briefs for innovative commercial solutions that sustain, modernize, eliminate significant technical debt, and incorporate Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) to reduce the workload on Army contracting professionals.– Solutions should focus on achieving seamless, unified platform automation and establishing robust, real–time data flows across critical legacy and compliance–heavy systems. – Solutions must establish secure, automated, real–time data exchange with legacy financial repositories as well as transform raw contracting data into an active strategic asset while maintaining integrations with the Clause Logic Service within the secure Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE).
