Gambigu East Mamprusi North East 10° 31’ 48” N; 0° 26’ 29” W 3.Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Procurement using a Request for Quotations (RFQ) as specified in the World Bank’s ““ Procurement in Investment Project Financing (IPF): Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers ” published in September 2025, 7th Edition, (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4.Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from West Africa Food System Resilience Project (FSRP) Procurement Specialist (Procure@fsrp.org.gh) and inspect the bidding document during office hours . 0900 to 1600 hours at the address given below. 5.The bidding document in English language may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of GHS 1,500.00. The method of payment will be by Cash to the West Africa Food System Resilience Program (FSRP). The document will be physically picked up at the address below. 6.Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:30 am on June 25, 2026. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below on June 25, 2026, at 10:30 am at the FSRP Conference Room. 7.All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security (Unconditional Bank Guarantee or Bid Bond) in the amounts indicated above. 8.“Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.” 9.
