CLEANING-14229 - USA (Florida) - Janitorial Maintenance Services - Deadline November 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial maintenance services to the government authority located in Florida.• All floors, except carpeted areas, shall be cleaned as needed, to ensure they have a uniform, glossy appearance and are free from dirt, debris, dust, scuff marks, heel marks, stains and discoloration, and other foreign matter.• Clean all interior glass, including glass in doors, partitions, walls, display cases, directory boards, etc.• All floor surfaces shall be cleaned as appropriate for the particular floor covering. • Vacuum carpeted areas.• Spot cleaning includes, but is not limited to removing, or cleaning smudges, fingerprints, marks, streaks, spills, etc., from washable surfaces of all walls, partitions, vents, grillwork, doors, door guards, door handles, push bars, kick plates, light switches, temperature controls, fixtures, and furnishings. • Trash and debris pick–up and removal, restroom restocking and wipe down.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 30, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on October 21, 2026.
