(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural and engineering services for design and construction administration to the government authority located in Monroe, NC.– Consists of providing complete architectural and engineering design services for the renovation and adaptive reuse of general office space in a retail commercial building– Space plan will include typical offices, meeting and conference rooms, restrooms, workrooms and other support spaces.– Design will include demolition of current interior space, renovation of interior space, new furniture to accommodate staff and daily operations.(2) A non–mandatory pre–submittal conference will be held on July 21, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026.
