PRCA Water Mitigation

During the cold weather snap in January, the Patricia Reser Center for the arts (PRCA) building experienced water flooding due to a sprinkler line separation. The water intrusion Started in the 2nd floor ceiling near the main lobby, The water traveled via the concrete floor toward the main open stairwell over the edge and penetrated the 1st floor lobby and gallery ceiling and area floor. Areas of the 1st and 2nd floors area were damaged by the water saturation and will need to be removed and replaced back to original condition. the following are only estimates for bidding purposes.
