CIVIC AUDITORIUM HISTORIC RESTORATION AND REPAIR: PLAZA OVER BASEMENT ROOMS, BUILDING PERMIT 2 OF 4

The Pasadena Center Operating Company is accepting Request for Proposals (RFP) for a qualified contractor with experience in restoration and repair of historic buildings. The Pasadena Civic Auditorium structure, including plaza, and basement rooms are exhibiting signs of water infiltration, ponding, and damage due to settling and deterioration of water barrier systems. The painted surfaces of the building are exhibiting signs of water infiltration from bubbling and cracking of paint. The Civic Auditorium Historic Restoration and Repair contains four components (Building Permits). This RFP is for Plaza over Basement Rooms, Building Permit 2 OF 4 ( BLDNR2022-00170). This is a competitive selection process. Contract award will be based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to Company/Contractor experience, personnel experience, project approach/Proposed solution, cost, local Pasadena business, and small or micro business.
