All bids for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Traffic Management Center Renovations . A site visit is scheduled for Thursday, August 6, 2026, at 10:00AM. All potential bidders will meet in Room 811 at Boston City Hall, 1 City Hall Plaza, Boston, MA. Questions are due August 12, 2026, by 12:00PM. Filed Sub-Bids for Electrical, HVAC and Fire Protection must be submitted via mail or delivered to Boston City Hall, One City Hall Plaza, Room 811 before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Tuesday, August 25, 2026, and opened forthwith. General Bids must be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Tuesday, September 1, 2026, and opened forthwith.
