(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural services to the government authority located in Santa Ana, CA. – Provide architect–engineer (A–E) and A–E related services for various maintenance and capital improvement projects.– Architect engineer professional services may include to provide for facility condition assessment of existing building mechanical, electrical and lighting, plumbing, roofing, fire systems and finishes; seismic and geotechnical risk assessment; and provide a summarization of short term and long–term recommendations for the repair and replacement of the building systems and structure integrity.– The coordination of the various elements of the design to assure compatibility of architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical/plumbing, and other design features.– Construction administration services, special inspection, testing and commissioning. – Architectural design.
