Upgrade and/or Replace Water Fountains with Bottle Filling Stations

The purpose of this solicitation is to receive competitive proposals in order to acquire supplies, services or equipment which complies with the enclosed description and/or specifications and conditions for Richland School District Two for the following project: 'Project Title , 'Project ID . Project Description: 'Description of Project Phases • Phase 1: Inventory each water fountain at each school/location and provide the following information: (1) Location, (2) Manufacturer's Name, (3) Model Number, & (4) Serial Number per the included Inventory Tracker. • Phase 2: Research to determine if the water fountain can be upgraded with a retrofit kit or will need to be replaced. Provide cost for each method and the District will select the best course of action before purchasing. • Phase 3: Installation of new bottle filling stations and/or upgrade existing water fountains with retrofit kit. Please note: The district plans to award this contract to more than one vendor.
