Vendor needs to provide institute of learning, education and development information technology (IT) services to the government authority located in Eatontown, NJ.• The contractor shall provide on–premise and remote support services to include network administration and network infrastructure support, core infrastructure support, system administration, inventory control, and system’s database support.• Manage network infrastructure.• Add/remove/move networking equipment as necessary.• Test physical and IP connectivity.• Apply monthly OS updates, patches, and configuration changes.• Answer virtual technical queries from IT staff and provide assistance when required.• Maintain video production workstation and laptop inventory and assignments.• Troubleshoot and resolve reported problems.• Restart the system after crashes and power spikes.• Keep databases up to date.• Design and develop new databases based on the specifications.• Manage database security/integrity and backup procedures.• Archive incremental data nightly with a full back up weekly.
