(1) Vendor needs to provide event support services.• Provide event support for the Open House on 11 September 2026 – 12 September 2026 to include transportation, sanitation, and waste management on their respectively designated days.• Responsible for creating a route plan in accordance with the allotted number of buses and a bus route schedule aligned with the event schedule.• Dispatcher at the event drop off/loading zone to manage the flow of buses in accordance with the determined schedule.• Transportation Manager. In the event of a natural disaster, storm, road closure, or any uncontrollable traffic related event, the Contractor shall provide an alternate route in writing for further dissemination and shall continue transportation services for all event attendees to and/or from the original destination.(2) This bid is Set–Aside for total Small Business
