(1) Vendor needs to provide 340B program and pharmacy strategy services– Provide strategic assessment and pharmacy feasibility study, to include offsite community pharmaceutical services and on–site remote pharmacy dispensing unit operation and assessment of pricing of, contracting for, and maintenance of dispensing unit.– Includes negotiation and coordination with the onsite contracted pharmacy for the dispensing unit and method of delivery to the patient.– Development of a strategic business plan for 340B expansion.– Five–year pharmacy strategic business plan. – Five–year financial pro forma.– Compliance risk assessment.– 340B implementation roadmap.– Implementation support and launch readiness.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.
