(1) Vendor needs to provide capital fund management, development consulting, and modernization consulting services to the government authority located in KY. – Provide sufficient executive, project management, and technical staff with the necessary skills to deliver comprehensive program management and technical assistance services.– improving public housing occupancy rates.– preserving and extending the useful life of public housing structures.– Assist in defining projects and developing scopes of work, including cost estimates, which mayinclude field visits to assess facility needs.– Technical assistance in procurement and negotiation of contracts with contractors, vendors, anddesign professionals.– Provide technical assistance and make recommendations regarding processing of contractor claims,disputes, proposed change orders, and contract modifications.– Provide on–site project reviews to ensure quality of construction, minimize change orders, and ensure completion of projects on time and within budget.– Project management and contract administration to establish a team–based approach for efficient administration(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 26, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
