(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based information technology service management software to manage its information technology assets and to track service desk calls, emails, and requests.– High–Level Description of the Current System: – incident Management (tracking service disruptions or break–fix events)– Asset Management (tracking IT asset purchases and lifecycle)– Service Request Management – Reporting Console (able to report on all data contained within the ITSM system)– Knowledge Management (testing completed, but not in use)– Change Management (testing completed, but not in use)– Service Level Management (testing completed, but not in use)– Connect to the System Center Configuration Manager (“SCCM”) to import computer system information (e.g., installed software, tag number, serial number, last scan date etc.).– Include knowledge article visibility and management that can be handled at the support group level.– Include requestor ratings for service requests with the most submitted or highly rated services showing under a popular requests section
