(1) Vendor needs to provide housing needs assessment and action plan services to the government authority located in Boulder, NV.• Demographics and population trends.• Evaluation of existing housing stock which includes non–traditional or nonconforming housing types such as caretaker residences, accessory dwelling units and other similar housing options.• Analysis of the housing market. demands, and needs with a focus on long– and short–term housing considerations for family and middle–income households.• Identify barriers and gaps in housing supply across the full housing continuum which includes consideration and sensitivity to local regulatory and physical constraints, including the city’s controlled growth ordinance, historic preservation, avoidance of leapfrog development, and site limitations related to utilities, power corridors, airport influences, topography, and landfill.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
