(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering and multidisciplinary consulting service to the government authority located in Pittsburgh, PA.• Site investigation & Environmental services– Provide services necessary to evaluate existing site conditions, including:• Asbestos Containing Material inspection and sampling• Lead–based paint inspection• Brownfield assessment and remediation support• Soil and groundwater investigation• Environmental remediation planning• Coordination with regulatory agencies• Environmental permitting and closure documentation– Engineering Design & Site preparation– Prepare engineering documents necessary to make sites development–ready, including:• Existing condition assessments• Boundary and topographic or agency surveys and easement identification• Demolition plans• Site clearing plans• Excavation and grading plans• Geotechnical services• Utility investigation, design and coordination• Water, sanitary sewer, stormwater, and gas connections plans(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 2, 2026.
