Vendor needs to provide cloud–based water management software.– Procurement of a work order management solution to streamline operations, increase efficiency, and improve customer service for the Utility.– The solution must include a cloud–based application with a true native mobile app that bridges the gap between field personnel, project management, and administrative staff.– The solution should allow for the generation of electronic work orders, collection of field data, management of assets, inventory management, customer communication, appointment scheduling, route optimization, customizable reporting, and integration with third–party applications.– Solution must be capable of facilitating the data collection, workflow, and overall management of several Utility projects.– These programs may include, but are not limited to, meter exchanges, hydrant flushing, service line inspections, service line replacements, and meter maintenance.– Utility portal:– The application must be accessible only by a secure invitation.– Mobile application:– solution shall provide a true mobile application that provides real–time information to the utility portal users.– Service calls management:– solution shall be capable of effectively capturing all visits to a location, including service calls.– Data management and integration:– Application must be capable of working with third–party applications such as customer information systems, billing systems, and geographic information systems.– Dashboards and key performance indicators:– The online dashboard provides a visual representation of the project's status, enabling stakeholders to quickly review the state of the installation project with a breakdown of work orders by status.– Inventory management.
